Subscription Policy

When you choose a subscription, you’ll receive your selected product automatically based on the delivery schedule you choose (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). Subscriptions are designed to make caring for your skin simple and consistent—without having to remember to reorder.

Billing & Renewal

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, before your order ships. Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are paused or canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

You’re always in control. You may:

Skip a shipment

Change your delivery frequency

Update your shipping address or payment method

Cancel your subscription at any time

You can manage all of these through your customer account. There are no penalties or cancellation fees.

Discounts & Pricing

Any subscribe-and-save discount applies to each recurring order unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time, but you’ll always be notified in advance of any changes that affect your subscription.

Shipping

Subscription orders are processed after billing and typically ship within 2 business days. To make changes for an upcoming order, please do so before 2 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.

Returns & Issues

Because our products are personal care items, subscription orders are generally non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at choulistic@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
